Police: 3-year-old Girl Bitten by Pit Bull
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Jan. 10:
- At 12:02 a.m., police reported suspicious activity on Cabot Street after the caller said an intoxicated female was hanging out near the front door of a local market.
- At 9:06 a.m., police arrested a Stratham man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Borthwick Avenue. Christian Sablock, 43, of 166 Stratham Heights Road was wanted for criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapon) and reckless conduct; placing another in danger.
- At 10:30 a.m., police reported a hit and run accident on Chestnut and Congress streets.
- At 6:15 p.m., police reported a dog bit on Holiday Drive after a three-year-old girl was bitten by a pit bull.
- At 6:42 p.m., police reported a theft on Lafayette Road after the caller said they that someone stole a bag of their belongings.
- At 11:36 p.m., police reported a two-car accident without injury on Elwyn and Lafayette roads.
