Police Seek Public's Help Finding ATM Scammer

Portsmouth Police are seeking the public's help in finding a man who attempted to steal customer's ATM information.

Last year, Portsmouth Police posted a photo of a man who put a device on an ATM machine to steal customers' information. They still haven't caught him, and are asking the public to take another look at the picture to see if they recognize the man.
