14-Year-Old Girl Arrested at the Racetrack for Drugs

7:58 p.m. Paul L. Larke, 48, of 18 Elliott Ave. in Dracut, Mass. is arrested at Home Depot on 289 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Larke bailed at $1,500 personal recognizance.

9:46 a.m. Caller reporting a male driver in a white truck with mulch in the back cut her off on Shannon Road and Club House Drive and then got out of the vehicle and screamed at the caller. Driver then continued at a high rate of speed north on Shannon Road.

12:16 p.m. Chelsea Michele Alford, 23, of 652 Oakmont Circle in Livermore, CA is arrested at J.C. Penney on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Alford bailed at $1,500 personal recognizance.

2:40 p.m. Caller on Cortland Drive reports that an individual at the residence has died by suicide. Medical examiner notified and is on scene. Douglas & Johnson have cleared the residence.

6:28 p.m. A 14-year-old juvenile is arrested at Rockingham park on 77 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officer out with three subjects near the trucks at the track. One female arrest was made, all subjects released to parents.
