3 Arrested in Salem on Heroin Sales Charges
A small amount of heroin, marijuana and $1,000 in cash was seized during the arrest.
Salem Police arrested three men from Lawrence, MA on heroin sales charges on Tuesday.
Arismendy Gil, 23, was charged with possession and sale of a controlled substance. Jonathan Villa, 23, and Manolo Flores, 24, were charged with sale of a controlled substance. All three were held on $25,000 cash bail pending arraignment.
According to Salem Police, after a brief investigation, Salem undercover detectives, with assistance from the Patrol Division, arrested the three men at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday after observing a narcotics sale in the area of 103 Cluff Crossing Road. A small amount of heroin, marijuana and $1,000 in cash was seized during the arrest.
