Salem Police arrested three men from Lawrence, MA on heroin sales charges on Tuesday. Arismendy Gil, 23, was charged with possession and sale of a controlled substance. Jonathan Villa, 23, and Manolo Flores, 24, were charged with sale of a controlled substance. All three were held on $25,000 cash bail pending arraignment. According to Salem Police, after a brief investigation, Salem undercover detectives, with assistance from the Patrol Division, arrested the three men at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday after observing a narcotics sale in the area of 103 Cluff Crossing Road. A small amount of heroin, marijuana and $1,000 in cash was seized during the arrest.
