8-Year Old Raises Thousands for Sick Cousin in Salem
Makayla Mahoney operated a very successful lemonade stand on Saturday.

To help out her cousin who just received a heart transplant, 8-year-old Makayla Mahoney operated a lemonade stand on Saturday, raising thousands to go toward his medical expenses, according to WMUR.
Just receiving surgery this week was two and a half year old Max Johnson. According to WMUR, Johnson was battling a congenital heart defect and heart failure.
Mahoney reportedly raised $2,600 at her stand.
