Accused Hampton Beach Teen Shooter Indicted On Multiple Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Sex offender faces online identifier charges; man accused of stealing copper wire from Newington; thieves indicted on new theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Jeffrey Brian Abkowitz, 41, of Saddlepath Road in Raymond, on five felony sex offender register, failure to comply charges. He was accused of failing to tell Raymond police about Discord, Reddit, ChatIw, ChatIb, and LinkedIn online identifiers on March 25. Abkowitz is a sex offender due to an attempted endangerment of a child under 16 conviction in Vermont in 2011, according to the state.
Timothy Lester Adjutant, 33, of Mechanic Street in Farmington, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Portsmouth on July 22, after being convicted twice of theft.

Michael John Alaire, 56, of Mast Road in Durham, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of placing a pallet of copper wire from SubCom in Newington into a pickup truck and taking off on Oct. 12, 2024.
Robert L. April III, 57, of South Main Street in Seabrook, on four felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of placing four others who were in a vehicle in danger by driving the vehicle into a structure in Seabrook on Aug. 3.

Kimberley Ann Belanger, 46, of Linlew Drive in Derry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing from Walmart in Derry on May 7, after being convicted twice previously of theft.
Nicholas Adam Botelho, 42, of Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of putting his arm on a correctional officer’s chest and attempting to push him out of the way on Aug. 21 at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Divaris Ojani Ruiz, 19, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, on two first-degree assault, four reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a person in the buttocks and two other people in the foot in Hampton on June 24 as well as firing a gun from his vehicle at bystanders on Ocean Boulevard. Dale Evan Sanborn, 40, of Vivian Street in Westbrook, Maine, on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. Lauren Edgerly aided him and stole more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from the Home Depot in Portsmouth on April 5, according to the indictment.
Robert Wayne Sanes, 30, of Schiller Street in Manchester, on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of leaving the scene of a crash with property damage or personal injury in Windham on Nov. 3, 2024.
Elijah Santos, 19, of Richardson Road in Derry, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing three vehicles from Hampstead on Jan. 18 and Feb. 2.
Eli Justin Sawyer, 44, of East Main Street in Searsport, Maine, on two theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing from Target in Salem on Oct. 20, 2024.
Andrick Tavares Semedo, 21, of Highland Street in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Nelshon Pires aided him in stealing a 2021 Dodge Durango from Foss Motors on May 31, 2024, in Exeter, according to the indictment.
