Bail Set at $2,500 for Credit Card Fraud Charge

MAY 12, 2013

12:04 a.m. Caller reporting that vehicle struck a female subject on 396 Main St. and 2 Hampstead Road. Subject not conscious, not breathing.

10:26 a.m. Michelle Rolanda Laliberte, 26, of 14 Lisa Ave. in Raymond, N.H. is arrestes at Market Basket Super Store on 265 S. Broadway St. and charged with theft by deception – 2 prior thefts.

2:06 p.m. Carlos Gutierrez, 19, of 8 Eastfield Loop in Sandown, N.H. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment. Gutierrez bailed at $620 cash.

2:26 p.m. Juan Manuel Rolan, 36, of 64 Belmont St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with theft – shoplifting.

12:31 a.m. Sean M. Doherty, 22, of 27 Autumn Woods Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 1 Brady Ave. and 1 Salem St. and charged with possession of drugs (motor vehicle) and possession of controlled drug.

11:22 a.m. Luis Alfredo Guzman, 32, of 106 Park St. Apt. 2 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on 75 Lake Shore Road and charged with arrest on a warrant. Guzman released to Immigrations and Customs Enforcement from the station.

9:16 p.m. Rayner Herrera, 43, of 189 Broadway Apt. 1 in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with fraudulent use of credit card. Herrera bailed at $2,500.
