Bail Set at $20K for Salem Man Charged with Criminal Threatening

2:00 a.m. Caller on Betty Lane and Lou-Al Lane reporting two male subjects who appear to be trying to catch an intoxicated female who is running down the street. Subjects are making a lot of noise in the area.

All subjects have been spoken to and are returning to their residence.

7:45 a.m. Caller reporting her house was burglarized yesterday and she just noticed things missing this morning. She spent the night in the house.

3:18 p.m. Trinidad Pagan, 60, of 189 Park St. Apt. 1 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at JC Penney on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Pagan released on a summons.

APRIL 29, 2013

8:41 a.m. Daniel Foster Moore, 40, of 60 Beach St. Apt. 1 in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Salem District Court on 35 Geremonty Drive and charged with two counts driving while intoxicated and two counts aggravated driving while intoxicated.

9:46 a.m. Leonard Joseph Hopkins, 47, of 3 Lancelot Court Apt. 20 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 3 Lancelot Court Apt. 20 and charged with criminal threatening and arrest on a warrant. Released to sherriff's department. Bail set at $20,000.
