Caller Reports Being Run Off the Road After Court Case

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

JANUARY 23, 2013

8:29 a.m. Subject reporting being run off the road when leaving the court yesterday afternoon. Suspect is other party involved in the court case, but officer advised female no crime was committed.

2:03 p.m. Caller reports a note was left on her vehicle stating someone hit her vehicle and left. She contacted the suspect who advised her it was not him and that this has happened three times.

2:42 p.m. Christopher Lee Walker, 22, of 29 Lowell Road Apt. 5 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs with intent to distribute. Walker bailed at $2,500 cash.

2:54 p.m. Cailey Frye, 20, of 146 Hampstead Road in Sandown, N.H. is arrested at WalMart on 314 N. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Frye bailed at $620 personal recognizance.

4:34 p.m. Two 15-year-old juveniles are arrested at Lord & Taylor on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and both are charged with robbery; unarmed. The female suspects are reportedly combative and uncooperative. Loss prevention reports that a black Ford Taurus with male subjects also took off out of the food court heading toward Route 38.

5:34 p.m. Alan L. Hayward, 40, of 54 Old Auburn Road in Derry, N.H. is arrested at the Londonderry Police Department on a warrant and charged with with receiving stolen property. Hayward refused bail.

JANUARY 24, 2013

3:14 p.m. Caller reporting the theft of her wallet from Joey's Toys on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard. She reports that a customer went into the back room and took it.

3:28 p.m. Vivian Vazquez, 38, of 18 Greenwood St. Apt. 4 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Vazquez bailed at $620 cash.

8:13 p.m. Kenny DeJesus Rodriguez, 36, of 27 Park St. Apt. 1 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft and resisting arrest or detention. Loss prevention reports that they had Rodriguez in custody, but then he took off on foot in the area of T.J. Maxx.

8:39 p.m. Joseph Gaetano Medaglia, 26, of Londonderry, N.H. is arrested at the Londonderry Police Department and charged with disobeying an officer, two counts of criminal trespass, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and default or breach of bail conditions. Bail for Medaglia set at $1,000 cash.

JANUARY 25, 2013

6:24 a.m. James F. Driscoll, 36, of 43 Feller Road Apt. 2 in Hampton, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with sale of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs (motor vehicle).
