Rescue personnel were dispatched Monday morning to Bickford's Grille at 3 Veterans Memorial Highway after a vehicle struck the front door of the restaurant, according to emergency radio communications.
One person was still in the vehicle when crews arrived on scene, although that person wasn't pinned in the vehicle, according to broadcasts around 8:30 a.m. Monday.
Emergency radio communications indicated that no one needed to be transported by ambulance as a result of the collision with the restaurant, the front door of which was the only thing that suffered damage in the impact.
