Derry Woman Indicted On Firearm Threat, Lamp Assault Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Rhiannon Marie Cooper-Boisvert, 28, of NE Pond Road in Milton, on possession of methamphetamine, delivery of articles prohibited-meth, assault by prisoners, and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention. She was accused of concealing merchandise from Walmart in Portsmouth and attempting to steal it and fleeing from police in Portsmouth on Aug. 8. On Aug. 10, Cooper-Boisvert was accused of spitting on a corrections deputy’s face in the Rockingham County Jail.

Lyle Steven Cox-Ortiz, 33, of West Hancock Street in Manchester, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Londonderry on Aug. 3 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Matthew Noah Cresswell, 46, of Darby Lane in Rochester, on four attempted assaults by prisoners and two attempted escape charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to bite a corrections officer while being treated at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, sliding a chair and hitting a corrections officer in the legs, thrashing while attempting to get out of handcuffs, ripping off the handcuff key, leaving the hospital, and fleeing to the parking lot on Aug. 13.

Elizabeth Cummings, 32, of Kristin Drive in Derry, on domestic violence-criminal threatening, attempted second-degree assault-domestic violence, and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. She was accused of hitting a family member in the head with a lamp and attempting to access a firearm on May 31 in Derry.

Michael Anthony Denish, 25, of South Main Street in Newton, on three felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of kicking a corrections officer in the leg and punching them in the shoulder twice inside the Rockingham County Jail on Sept. 15 in Brentwood.

Benjamin Raymond Dentino, 22, of Towle Farm Road in Hampton, on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving in Hampton and Seabrook on Sept. 7, 2024, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kevin A. Derepentigny, 42, of Beacon Street in Derry, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, possession of clonazepam, possession of fentanyl, falsifying physical evidence, and two possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, in Londonderry on May 13 and Salem on July 8. Derepentigny was accused of hiding a quantity of cocaine down his pants on May 13 in Londonderry.

Justin Michael Dunkavich, 37, of Colby Lane in Pelham, on burglary, receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglary and theft on Main Street in Kingston on Dec. 18, 2024, involving video games. The drug possession charge reportedly occurred in Derry on Aug. 8.

Vicki J. Knowles, 43, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Collins Street in Seabrook on Feb. 2 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Juan Lamont Maddox, 58, of Walnut Avenue in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, on felony forgery and theft by deception charges. He was accused of uttering a check on the Meredith Village Savings Bank account of J. Conor Hayes Construction LLC in Exeter for $2,012.09 on Dec. 9, 2024.

Ryan Edward McHugh, 30, of Hall Avenue in Derry, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on East Broadway in Derry on July 30 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March.
