Drunk Driver Side-Swipes Parked Car, Reportedly Blames the Car
The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

JULY 9, 2013
3:59 p.m. Christopher C. Morrissey, 24, of 4 Aladdin Circle in Derry, N.H. is arrested at Bob's Stores on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft third conviction and false report to law enforcement; false info.
9:06 p.m. Thomas Gary Ruscak, 61, of 33 Travelers Drive in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 8 Travelers Drive and charged with DUI – impairment, conduct after an accident and DUI 2nd or 3rd; impairment.
Ruscak reportedly side-swiped a car and stated it was the parked car's fault. Caller reporting that operator is becoming agitated and wants to leave.
11:07 p.m. Four juvenile females, all reported runaways from Hampstead Hospital, are taken into custody in the area of Wickson's Corner.
All four females are transported back to the hospital.
JULY 10, 2013
11:17 a.m. Shane Cummings, 18, of 18 Car Mar Lane Apt. A in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a warrant and charged with harassment. Cummings bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.
12:51 p.m. Fred McMenimen, 62, of 6 Fairmont St. Apt. 4 in Cambridge, Mass. is arrested on a warrant and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and fugitive from justice.
McMenimen has refused bail and is going to jail.
3:17 p.m. Joseph I Abourizk, 18, of 35 Vincent Ave. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with theft by deception $501-$999. Abourizk is bailed at $620 cash.
3:23 p.m. Jason Duied, 27, of 79 Lowden Ave. Apt. 1 in Somerville, Mass. is arrested on a warrant. Suied bailed on $435 cash from Ossippee.
11:37 p.m. Richard Auther McPhee, 34, of 50 Franklin St. in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested on 25 Duston Road and charged with burglary, arrest on a warrant – robbery (Salisbury, Mass.), resisting arrest or detention, simple assault, criminal mischief and a bench warrant for driving after suspension (Plaistow, N.H.).
Julia R. Auler, 44, of 10 Westchester St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 25 Duston Road and charged with accomplice to burglary, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled drug.
