Drunk Man Arrested After Allegedly Urinating on Best Buy

JANUARY 11, 2013

8:57 a.m. Joseph Gorton, 23, of 7 Oxbow Lane in Derry, N.H. is arrested on a warrant and charged with issuing bad checks. Gorton bailed at $500 personal recognizance.

10:30 a.m. Theft is reported at Dodge Grain Co. on 59 N. Broadway St. Plow and fittings from vehicle are reported stolen.

11:45 a.m. Corey Anthony Ray, 38, of 43 Rockingham Road Apt. 112 in Windham is arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. Ray bailed at $5,000 personal recognizance.

1:54 p.m. Michael Hewett O'Neill, 2, of 41 Island Pond Road in Atkinson, N.H. is arrested on 252 N. Broadway St. and 2 Dyer Ave. and charged with two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs after a caller reports a black Saab all over the road. O'Neill bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

1:54 p.m. Lindsay N. Daske, 23, of 26 Chandler Ave. Apt. 9 in Plaistow, N.H. is arrested on 252 N. Broadway St. and 2 Dyer Ave. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs (motor vehicle). Daske released on a summons.

2:24 p.m. Davelle A. Broadus, 27, of 8 Lancelot Court Apt 8 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a warrant.

3:24 p.m. Norma Lora, 19, of 34 Highland St. Apt. B in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Salem District Court on 35 Geremonty Drive and charged with a bench warrant. Lora bailed on $500 cash.

4:27 p.m. Brian Gerard Bald, 50, of 7 McKenney Circle in Andover, Mass. is arrested at Best Buy on 290 S. Broadway St. and charged with driving while intoxicated and open container of alcohol. Several callers reporting an intoxicated male subject walking around the lot urinating on the building. He was in a silver vehicle in front of Best Buy.

4:29 p.m. Aubrie Wickson, 23, of 19 Ballard Lane in Salem, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with disorderly conduct. Wickson released on a summons.

4:53 p.m. Frank Gaton, 26, of 21 Exchange St. Apt. 2 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Best Buy on 290 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment. Bail set at $620 cash.

5:21 p.m. Troy Marcus Ramos, 20, of 23 Bartlett St. Apt. 1 in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft, resisting arrest or detention, simple assault, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and criminal liability for conduct of another. Ramos bailed on $450 cash.

6:13 p.m. Aubrey Bates, 20, of 44 School St. in Groveland, Mass. is arrested at Target on 205 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Bates bailed at $300 cash.
