Five Salem Residents Now Facing Charges Following Alleged Robbery Attempt
The incident reportedly took place on July 4.

Three new suspects have been charged following an alleged robbery attempt that took place on July 4 in Windham, according to police.
Kyle Braciska, 19, of Salem was charged with criminal threatening, conspiracy to commit, possession of property without a serial number, attempted robbery and felonious use of a firearm.
Braciska was being arraigned this morning in Salem District Court after turning himself in to Windham Police Monday on a warrant.
Shane Cummings, 18, of Salem was charged on July 13 with conspiracy to commit and criminal liability for the conduct of another. He is out on $2,500 cash bail.
Joseph Terrell, 21, of Windham was also charged on July 13 with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with intent to distribute. Terrell was originally reported as the alleged victim of the robbery attempt.
Terrell has been released on bail and is awaiting a court date in August.
Two other suspects were arrested immediately following the incident – Keith Beal, 19, of Salem and Jake Williams, 19, also of Salem.
Beal has been charged with criminal liability for conduct of another, conspiracy to commit and possession of property without a serial number. Williams is facing charged of criminal liability for conduct of another and conspiracy to commit.
According to Windham Police Capt. Mike Caron, Terrell was the drug dealer of the four other men, whom they purchase marijuana from.
He said that Beal, Williams, Braciska and Cummings all conspired to rob Terrell on the night of the incident, which took place around 7:30 p.m. at Terrell's residence on 4 Range Road in Windham.
Caron said that Cummings was not at the scene where the alleged attempted robbery took place.
Braciska is alleged to have pulled a gun on Terrell, provided to him by Beal. The two got into a scuffle over the gun, and Terrell was able to pull the gun from him.
Caron said that at some point after the three men fled in a Ford F-250 over the Salem border, Braciska got out of the vehicle, and Cummings got in.
"Cummings we didn't believe was initially involved because he wasn't at the (attempted robbery) scene," Caron said.
But after further investigation, Cummings was connected to the alleged incident.
Less than two days before the attempted robbery was reported in Windham, both Beal and Braciska were arrested in a separate incident on Townsend Avenue in Salem.
Beal was charged with disorderly conduct and loitering or prowling.
Braciska was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and loitering or prowling.
The two were allegedly impaired on the drug "spice," a form of synthetic marijuana.
According to Salem Police, dispatch recieved a call on July 3 at 4:42 a.m. from a resident at 40 Townsend Ave. for a report of the two male subjects dressed in dark clothing banging on her window.
The resident told them she was calling the police. After that, she said they stated that they had a gun.
The resident never observed a gun, and Braciska later denied that they had one.
Before police arrived, the boys left her yard and were walking up Lou Avenue.
Police converged on the area and the two subjects were located near 72 Townsend Ave.
