Former Salem Town Manager Gets New Gig

Healthy and eager to resume his managerial career, Jon Sistare has taken a town manager job in Connecticut.

Jon Sistare, who resigned as Salem town manager in 2010 due to health reasons, has become the first town manager in the history of the town of Cromwell, Conn., according to the Middletown Press.

Sistare, 51, is reportedly healthy after a bout with prostate cancer, which is why he stepped down from his Salem post. Current Town Manager Keith Hickey replaced him in April 2011.
