Greenland Man Indicted On A Dozen Strangulation, Assault Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Bricky Alan Butler, 64, of Manor Drive in Portsmouth, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge and two criminal threat charges. He was accused of attempting to induct another to withhold testimony on June 3 in Portsmouth by saying, “You’ll be sorry,” and-or, “You’ll regret this,” or words to that effect. Butler was also accused of threatening the woman saying she would “be sorry” and-or “regret it,” or words to that effect, if she called police again.

Jemmy Cange, 38, of North Main Street in Salem, on three felony charges of welfare fraud. Between Dec. 27, 2022, and April 10, in Salem, he was accused of making false statements by omitting the name of a family member to receive more than $1,500 in Medicaid, childcare, and SNAP benefits.

Benjamin Edward Carton, 38, of Harriman Road in Raymond, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug. He was accused of selling crack cocaine, ketamine, and cocaine to a confidential source working with the Rockingham Sheriff’s Department on March 18 and March 25 in Raymond.

Ashley Mattie Celester, 34, of Clinton Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty in Salem on April 21.

Brenna Michelle Centola-Mullen, 29, of Little River Road in Berwick, Maine, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on March 11 in Brentwood.

Robert Charles Cervantes, 64, of Hussey Hill Road in Rochester, on criminal restraint, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and operating while certified as a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth on June 24, placing others in danger, while fleeing from police, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Cervantes was also accused of preventing a passenger from exiting the vehicle.

Levi McKenzie Coltey, 27, of Maynard Avenue in Manchester, on a felony cruelty to animals charge. He was accused holding a dog by the neck and beating the animal with his fist in Epping on July 30.

Bryan Jacob Hildreth, 49, of Millville Street in Salem, on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 125 in Brentwood on March 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brian K. Holley, 50, of Pinecrest Road in Deerfield, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a child repeatedly between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2014, in Raymond.

Christopher G. Horak, 42, of South Shore Drive in Pelham, on a felony count of second-degree assault-strangulation. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 11 in Windham.

Gabriel Christo Kanakis-Hines, 44, of Pinewood Circle in Greenland, on criminal restraint and four second-degree assault charges, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault and seven domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling two intimate partners in Portsmouth between Jan. 1 and July 6, and removing her from the bathroom and dragging her down a street on July 6. Kanakis-Hines was also accused of repeatedly striking one of the intimate partners in the face and stomach.

Aidan Timothy Kinsella, 26, of Partridge Lane in Derry, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and two criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of yelling “faggot” at two people and then pulling out a gun and waving it around them on July 12 during a disagreement at a bar in Salem.
