Identity Fraud, Assault Arrests: Salem Police Log, May 3-May 5

Arrests for identity fraud, assault and shoplifting were among items reported in the Salem police log for May 3 through May 5.

SALEM, NH — The following items were selected from the Salem police log for the time period of May 3 to May 5. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Friday, May 3:

8:28 a.m. — A man with a hammer runs across an intersection.

8:53 p.m. — A two-vehicle accident with no injuries is reported on Millville Street.

9:`15 a.m. — A property manager says someone was doing doughtnuts on the lawn the previous night and left beer cans.

2:23 p.m. — William M. Sideri, 69, of Methuen, Massachusetts, is charged with conduct after an accident.

3:15 p.m. — A fight and a vehicle accident are reported. Two people go to the hospital.

3:31 p.m. — On Pelham Road, a two-vehicle accident is reported, no injuries.

3:47 p.m. — A two-vehicle accident is reported on North Broadway Street.

5:09 p.m. — Theft is reported at a South Broadway business.

5:47 p.m. — A hit-and-run accident that occurred the previous night on Sandhill Road is reported.

10:43 p.m. — Joshua Michael Tremblay, 24, of Salem, is charged with two counts of simple assault.

Saturday, May 4:

9:29 a.m. — A two-vehicle accident with no injury is reported at a South Broadway Street business.

3:43 p.m. — A shopping car was reportedly pushed into someone's car.

3:43 p.m. — Jazell Lynn Sullivan, 35, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with willful concealment after a report of shoplifting.

4:20 p.m. — A man with an unknown name and address is charged with identify fraud, receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,500, giving false information to law enforcement, credit card fraud, having a false ID, and three counts of forging a check.

5:54 p.m. — A two-vehicle accident with no injury is reported at a church parking lot.

8:15 p.m. — Identity fraud is reported.

9:38 p.m. — Someone in a vehicle reportedly dumps TVs and other electronics behind a business.

Sunday, May 5:

5 p.m. — A vehicle accident with no injury is reported in a restaurant parking lot.

5:17 p.m. — Shoplifting is reported at the mall.

8:15 p.m. — Tina Paradis, 43, of Salem, is charged with criminal mischief, two counts of simple assault and resisting arrest.
