July 4 Fireworks 2022 Near Salem, NH

SALEM, NH — Cities and counties across the country continue to bring back many of the traditional Independence Day activities that were either canceled or modified the last two years. July 4 is just around the corner, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you in 2022.

We have all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Salem, New Hampshire, so you can start planning now.

Here's what's in store this July 4 near Salem:

Fireworks Show

Where: Canobie Lake Park

When: Evenings of July 2, 3, and 4

Fireworks will continue every Friday evening through Labor Day Weekend.

Town of Merrimack Fourth of July Parade

Where: The Commons Shopping Center, 515 Daniel Webster Hwy

When: 1 p.m., July 4

Merrimack is also hosting a pancake breakfast, its Annual Sparkler 5K Road Race and a fireworks display.

Run For Freedom 5K/10K

Where: Pinkerton Academy, 5 Pinkerton Street, Derry

When: 7:30 a.m.

Participation fees are $30 for the 5K and $35 for the 10K. Proceeds benefit Liberty House in Manchester.
