Juveniles Reportedly Chased by Men with Baseball Bats

11:35 a.m. Report of a theft at Home Depot on 289 S. Broadway St. The incident toop place about an hour ago, the vehicle is a cream Lincoln-type vehicle, older model with cloth top.
Vehicle later located in Methuen.

11:53 a.m. Theft is reported at Babies R Us on 447 S. Broadway St. Male subject tried to return the items, subject left in unknown direction in older model white Continental. Left his license behind.
11:55 a.m. Robin Dale Privitera, 50, of 14 Alexander Ave. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at JC Penney on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Privitera released on a summons.
12:01 p.m. William L. Gray, 48, of 77 Firglade Ave. in Springfield, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with attempted theft by extortion 629:1/637:5 and harassment. Bail set at $50,000.
1:13 p.m. Kaitlyn Johnson, 20, of 23 S. Shore Road Apt. A in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with simple assault. Johnson Released on a summons.
1:58 p.m. Accident with injuries is reported at T-Bones on 311 S. Broadway St. Individual is transported to the hospital.
2:57 p.m. Caller on Mountain Avenue reports that her neighbor has been stealing from her. Officer advising subject does not wish to pursue charges. She is looking to have the person trespassed from her property.
5:40 p.m. Pedro L. Perez, 43, of 249 E. Merrimack St. Apt. 2 in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Perez bailed at $620 cash.
6:20 p.m. Caller reporting her son an three other juveniles were being chased in the Shaw's parking lot by three men carrying baseball bats. The children are with her inside an apartment on Lancelot Court at this time. Male subjects got into a vehicle with N.H. plates with unknown direction of travel.
Car was not found, Officer Pappalardo transporting one juvenile to Brook Road.

1:49 a.m. Officer reporting a female subject wearing a brown hoodie filled her purse with items from CVS on 512 S. Broadway St. The woman ran out of the store and got into a black Hyundai Accent. Male driver last known direction of travel towards Oakridge Avenue.
Officers located suspects at 17 Pattee Road. Officers will be issuing warrants.
