Several new laws are set to take effect in New Hampshire on Jan. 1, <a href="http://www.boston.com/news/local/new-hampshire/2013/12/27/drive-faster-drink-later-among-new-laws/oLTjY2NuTJ86wcSQFaDxeL/story.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Associated Press</a>. Among them are higher speed limits on a stretch of Interstate 93, later last call at bars in the communities that approve it, and a change in the requirements for vehicle child safety restraints.
