De Palma also sang the praises of Tuscan Kitchen Owner Joe Faro, his new colleague and boss:

"The opportunity to work with a gentleman like Joe Faro is probably as exciting and as nerve-wracking as it was to work with Chef Anne Burrell," De Palma said in a video feature following his competition victory. "He's a fascinating gentleman, wealth of knowledge, and his drive is outrageous and his passion – just brings everything back to home."

The episode, titled "Italian Empire," will air again on Feb. 3 at 2 p.m. We have also attached a sneak peak of the episode above, courtesy of a YouTube video posted by the Food Network.
