Londonderry Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, DWI Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Jacob Christopher Dionne, 28, of Almeda Street in Manchester, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Windham on April 23 while being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ryan F. Dooley, 24, of Buckthorn Street in Londonderry, on negligent homicide-DUI, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and two reckless conduct charges. He was accused of driving a Ford F150 while intoxicated, at a high rate of speed through a residential neighborhood, and colliding with another vehicle, killing two people, on July 24 in Londonderry. Skye Faith Douglas, 36, of West Broadway in Derry, on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. She was accused of pointing a firearm at another person on July 6 in Derry.

Randy Charles Elwell, 31, of Harriman Road in Raymond, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon, two criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and two domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening a family or household member with knives and saying he would cut her or words to that effect on July 16 in Raymond. Previously, according to the indictment, Elwell was convicted of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2023.

Xavier Andres Estrada, 20, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, on felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon and simple assault charges. He was accused of walking to a nearby vehicle, where a gun was located, while stating to another person that he was going to “blow his brain out” or words to that effect, and pushing the victim on July 27 in Derry.

Michael R. McGinn, 41, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, on three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of exercising control over more than $1,500 in cash belonging to the Northwood Fire Department explorers and of failing to return firefighter equipment to the town between Dec. 1, 2021, and Sept. 30, 2023.

David F. Minucci, 37, of Briggs Road in Mason, on a felony possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence on March 19 in Salem.

Darrell Charles Moore, 38, of Moores Lane in Seabrook, on a felony arson-pecuniary loss of less than $1,000 charge. He was accused of starting a fire or explosion in Seabrook on April 28.

Sean Anthony Morton, 39, of Burnette Drive in Rye, on four counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images and eight counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He possessed pictures and videos on Oct. 19, Oct. 20, and Dec. 16, 2024, and March 27, and shared videos on Kik on Oct. 19 and Oct. 20, 2024, in Rye, according to the indictments.

Nichole Ann Nagle, 45, of Lindenshire Avenue in Exeter, on a felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and simple assault-extended term of imprisonment. She was accused of firing a gun while parked in a motor vehicle in Exeter and pushing a police officer, who lost their balance and fell over a small fence on a porch on April 29.
