Man Arrested Following Gun Threat

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

• 9:46 a.m.: Police received a report of wires down on Main Street.
• 11:41 a.m.: An accident was reported on Main Street.
• 12:10 p.m.: Ryan Daniel Kenneally, 30, of 37 Cushing St., Apt. #4, Quincy, MA was charged with transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
• 12:42 p.m.: Jonathan Hernandez, 24, of 15 Pattee Road, Salem was charged with violation of a protective order and breach of bail.
• 12:43 p.m.: Police received a report of wires down on Independence Drive.
• 2:12 p.m.: Roy Grant Carter, 49, of 5131 Summer Drive, Sylvania, OH was charged with criminal threat against person, possession of marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct. Police arrested him after a caller reported that Carter threatened to shoot him.
• 2:20 p.m.: An accident was reported on South Broadway.
• 4:24 p.m.: Samantha L. Freeman, 22, of 10 Ledge Road, Apt. POB, Pelham was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified. She was released on $1,000 bail.
• 6:13 p.m.: Krisi Estrella, 19, of 14 Fulton St., Apt. #2, Lawrence, MA was charged with willful concealment following an alleged shoplifting incident at Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard. She was released on $500 personal recognizance bail.
