Man Charged with Assault, False Imprisonment and Threatening

8:36 a.m. Edward T. Lebrasseur, 52, of 8 Hampshire Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with simple assault, false imprisonment and criminal threatening. Lebrasseur bail set at $2,500 personal recognizance.
12:10 p.m. Luke A. Pesaturo, 21, of 2 Rock Pon Road in Windham, N.H. is arrested at TD Banknorth on 155 N. Broadway St. and charged with issuing bad checks and a bench warrant. Bail set at $2,000 cash and $500 on the electronic bench warrant for theft or unauthorized taking.

2:09 p.m. Salem Fire is out at 14 Garabedian Drive for a fire alarm, noticed significant damage to the building.
Building is cleared, appears someone is getting into the building, drug activity. Door secured as best as possible. Special attention to be given on 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and midnight shifts.
6:07 p.m. Caller reports being hit by a wheelchair cart in Walmart. She received an injury and Walmart did an internal report, but she did not get the other parties information.
