Man Charged with Attempt to Commit Theft by Deception

11:39 a.m. Burglary is reported at AM Properties on 14 Garabedian Drive. Caller requesting an officer for damage to the building.
5:38 p.m. Anthony J. Vitale, 40, of 315 Broadway in Dracut, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment – theft and attempt to commit theft by deception.

APRIL 22, 2013
9:17 a.m. Resident on Poplar Road reporting a tree company cutting down a tree and putting the logs in the street and branches on his property.
Spoke with owner of the tree company. He advises that he will be moving the logs out of the roadway and off of his property. Advises that he has two trees left to cut and will be out of the area by 2 p.m.
3:30 p.m. Loss prevention at Marshall's on 265 S. Broadway St. reporting a female shoplifter took off on them. They were able to retrieve their merchandise. Female left in an older white Dodge pickup. Last seen on Cluff Road heading in the direction of Lawrence Road. Truck was being driven by a male subject.
Officers checked the area, negative find on the vehicle.
Dispatch called Plaistow PD and requested they check the residence of the vehicle owner.
9:13 p.m. Daniel James Muise, Jr., 20, of 440 North Ave. Apt. 202 in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Muise bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

Caller reporting her son's ex-girlfriend in a black vehicle asleep in her driveway. Caller would like her removed.
Officers reporting the ex-girlfriend has been trespassed from this address. She has ben notified if she comes back she will be arrested.
