Man Charged With False Report to Law Enforcement

JANUARY 28, 2013

8:45 a.m. Luis Mejia Cabral, 23, of 65 Fourth St. Apt. 1F in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at Salem District Court on 35 Geremonty Drive and charged with false report to law enforcement.

10:49 a.m. New Hampshire State Police asking for our assistance in stopping a vehicle that is reportedly all over the highway and forcing other cars into the breakdown lane. Officer has the vehicle stopped at K-Mart.

2:52 p.m. Subject reporting that an unknown party opened a credit card account in her name.

3:45 p.m. David Payne, 26, of 219 N. Lowell St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Market Basket Super Store on 265 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Payne refused the services of the bail commissioner and will be transported to Rockingham County House of Corrections.

8:35 p.m. Officer looking to make contact with an individual in reference to him impersonating a police officer at the mall.
