Man Charged with Second DWI Near Red Roof Inn

MAY 14, 2013

2:26 p.m. Matthew M. Lambert, 39, of 16 Central St. in Derry, N.H. is arrested on Pelham Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated (2nd offense) and default or breach of bail conditions. Stopped at the entrance of the Red Roof Inn driving a gold Honda. Bail set at $5,000 cash.

4:25 p.m. John Brusseu, 21, of 4 Wishing Well Lane in Derry, N.H. is arrested in the vicinity of 1 Keewaydin Drive and 25 Pelham Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

MAY 15, 2013

2:04 a.m. Single car accident is reported on 19 Atkinson Road. Male subject not conscious. Subject transported to Parkland Medical Center.

1:07 p.m. Jonathan Darren Zagarella, 22, of 8 Lancelot Court Apt. 3 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 8 Lancelot Court Apt. 3 and charged with simple assault (domestic violence).

Angela Pero, 39, of 8 Lancelot Court Apt. 3 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 8 Lancelot Court Apt. 3 and charged with simple assault (domestic violence).

Incident took place at 630 a.m., caller reporting her tenant was involved in a domestic with her boyfriend. She was assaulted, but refusing ambulance.

Pero released on a summons at the scene.

2:39 p.m. Woodbury School reports a group of eighth graders fighting at the Field of Dreams on 48 Geremonty Drive. Group scattered upon officer's arrival.

3:34 p.m. Amber Lyne Thrush, 17, of 401 Shadow Lake Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft.

Thrush released on $500 personal recognizance bail.
