Man Falls Out of Vehicle, Transported to the Hospital

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

APRIL 11, 2013

9:25 a.m. Salem Police received a report yesterday of a suspicious vehicle that followed a 10-year-old student from the Fisk Elementary School to the student's home. The driver was described as a white male in his 30's. The suspicious vehicle was described as a blue vehicle with hood schoops and a possibly white and black NH temporary plate.

10:25 a.m. Shaun Lawrence Burke, 52, of 10 Justin Ave. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged with two counts simple assault and obstructing report of crime or injury. Burke served a restraining order, bail set at $2,500 personal recognizance.

11:09 a.m. Male subject lying down in the parking lot at Sears Auto on 1 Mall Road. Unknown why. Subject reportedly fell out of the vehicle. Transported by Salem Fire.

1:27 p.m. Randall G. Wells, 63, of 288 N. End Boulevard in Salisbury, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Wells bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

2:23 p.m. Trudy Ann Boisvert, 58, of 70 Hitching Post Lane in Bedford, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged with simple assault. Boisvert released on a summons.

4:45 p.m. Patrick Corley Denuccio, 30, of 19 Canton St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at KMart on 151 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. 

LP reporting a male subject wearing a Nike hat, black and gray jacket is stealing toothbrushes. 

Denuccio refused bail, transported ot Rockingham County House of Corrections.

6:32 p.m. Christina A. Mitchell, 22, of 36 Sharon Road in Windham, N.H. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Subject released on a summons.
