Man Hits Guard Rail at Exit 1, Later Arrested for DWI

1:25 p.m. Caller reporting a driver texting and almost causing an accident near Pet Life on 517 S. Broadway St. The vehicle is being operated by a female subject and is driving northbound on Route 28.

4:18 p.m. Caller reporting that someone just approached his car tried to "strike" his son through the window and then made threats to the caller's son. They are now inside Shaw's Supermarkets on 92 Cluff Crossing Road.

7:07 p.m. Caller reporting that the people from the previous call were just out in front of his neighbor's house taunting the subject. Caller stated the subjects were yelling and trying to get the male inside to come out of the house. They have since left on foot heading toward Main Street.

Officer checked the area with nothing showing at this time.

9:15 p.m. Scott Nelson Bizilj, 23, of 2 Stonehedge Circle in Billerica, Mass. is arrested at 99 S. Broadway St. and 3 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of controlled drug.
