
A New Hampshire man was indicted this month on charges of selling a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention, according to Rockingham Superior Court documents.
Samuel Santiago, 33, allegedly commited both crimes in Salem on or about Oct. 16.
According to the indictment, Santiago knowingly sold a quantity of one gram or more, including any adulterants or dilutants, of the controlled drug Crack Cocaine.

While being arrested on the charge, Santiago physically interfered with a detective by refusing to exit his vehicle when instructed to do so.
