Man Reportedly Harassed Store 24 Customers, Spit on Vehicle

JANUARY 21, 2013

9:01 a.m. Jonathan Alex Hernandez, 23, of 6 Lancelot Court Apt 18 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 6 Lancelot Court Apt. 18 and charged with simple assault. Hernandez bailed at $2,500 personal recognizance.

1:57 p.m. Caller reporting his son took his TV, pawned it and is now on drugs.

2:02 p.m. Kimberleu Blanchard, 40, of 21 Sandhill Road Apt. 17 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking. Blanchard bailed at $2,500 personal recognizance.

2:36 p.m. Victor Carcia, 37, of 452 Market St. in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at Home Depot on 289 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Carcia bailed at $620 personal recognizance.

4:55 p.m. Caller reporting a male subject in the lot of Store 24 on 123 Main St. who is yelling and swearing at people in the parking lot. He spit at the caller's vehicle. She has since left the area. He was last seen in the lot wearing a tall, black feather jacket. Subject also has gray hair.

7:08 p.m. Carlos Efrain Peralta, 44, of 217 Prospect St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with two counts of willful concealment – theft. Peralta refuses services of bail and is transported to Rockingham County House of Corrections.

10:40 p.m. A 15-year-old juvenile is arrested for simple assault. Caller reporting that her daughter was hitting her.

12:02 p.m. Douglas Eldon Moran, 25, of 44 Mill Road in Derry, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

6:58 p.m. A 15-year-old juvenile is arrested for simple assault and criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) on Tiffany Road. Caller reporting that her son is giving them a hard time. At first it was verbal, but it is now getting more physical.
