Man Reportedly has Seizure near BJ's, Rescued from Locked SUV

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

11:22 a.m. Caller at Citizen's Bank on 45 S. Broadway St. reporting a female subject is illegally dumping trash into their dumpster. She left in a black Honda with Massachusetts plate.

12:03 p.m. Caller at Dunkin' Donuts on 15 S. Broadway St. reporting a male subject in the lot on a motorcycle that has a firearm on his person.

The caller stated that the man did not do anything wrong but was concerned that the man had a weapon on him.

12:31 p.m. Speak with employees at Salem Boys & Girls Club on 3 Geremonty Drive in reference to a theft of an iPod that was caught on camera.

3:02 p.m. Max N. Wilkins, 23, of 27 Houghton Road in Wilmington, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

3:30 p.m. Russell V. Rounbehler, 31, of 16 Wallace St. in Somerville, Mass. is arrested at Lowe's on 541 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft and attempt to commit theft by deception. Rounbehler bailed at $620 personal recognizance.

5:38 p.m. Resident from 14 Park Ave. requesting an officer to check on a subject next door who is out front of his house screaming obscenities.

Spoke with the subject and he is all set. He was upset with a game on Playstation and threw the controller. No issue at this time.

6:51 p.m. 911 call for a 30-year-old man in a silver Honda that had a seizure. He is not conscious. The vehicle was locked.

Fire will be transporting the male subject of the silver SUV to the hospital.

Officer reporting the male subject actually backed into another vehicle in the lot.
