Mass. Man Charged with Armed Robbery

• 9:03 a.m.: An accident was reported on Bluff Street.
• 9:05 a.m.: Elliott James Scalzitti, 53, of 68 Monroe Ave., Methuen, MA was arrested on a warrant and charged with willful concealment and two counts of driving after revocation/suspension.
• 10:03 a.m.: An accident was reported on Norwood Road involving a Department of Public Works vehicle. No one was injured.
• 11:13 a.m.: Victor Garcia Jr., 38, of 452 Market St., Lowell, MA was arrested on a warrant and charged with armed robbery, criminal liability for the conduct of another, willful concealment and default or breach of bail conditions.
• 11:43 a.m.: Skylar Marie Wood, 22, of 35 Maplewood Lane, Concord was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by deception.
• 12:41 p.m.: Daniel Lynch, 56, of 5 Pumping Station Road, Salem was arrested on a warrant and charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
• 12:51 p.m.: An accident was reported on Main Street.
• 1:03 p.m.: An accident was reported on South Broadway.
• 3:08 p.m.: An accident was reported on Main Street at South Broadway.
• 5:14 p.m.: Stacy Matranga, 20, of 24 Juniper Lane, Tewksbury, MA was charged with willful concealment following an alleged shoplifting incident at JC Penney on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
• 6:48 p.m.: A hit-and-run accident was reported on Main Street.
