Nashua Man Indicted In Londonderry Machete Threat Case: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

Kittery driver indicted on wrong-way drunken driving charge; man faces forgery charge; perp with priors indicted on Salem theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Stone Bryce Cooper, 26, of Greenfield Drive in Hudson, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, crack cocaine and testosterone cypionate, on March 22 in Londonderry. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of one or more prior offenses.

Robert E. Cresta, 70, of Spinney Way in Kittery, Maine, on felony reckless conduct and driving under the influence-attempt to elude police charges. He was accused of wrong-way drunken driving, north in the southbound lane on Interstate 95, in Greenland on March 21.

Edwin Alfredo Delacruz, 28, of Second Street in Andover, MA, on accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He worked with an unknown man to obtain and exercise control over more than $1,500 in electronics at Verizon in Plaistow on Jan. 16 — by driving the man away from the store, according to the indictment.

Philip Ryan Diaz, 48, of Summer Street in Lowell, MA, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a fraudulent check on the account of FK Bassett and Sons Plumbing and Heating for $2,543 on Oct. 4, 2024, in Exeter.

Nicholas William Diburro, 25, of Scribner Road in Fremont, on tampering with two witnesses and informants and eight stalking-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of calling a protected party and speaking with her and then calling her seven more times on Aug. 10 in Brentwood. Diburro also attempted to get the victim, an intimate partner, not to appear at court dates or words to that effect and through a third party, not to make a statement in relation to a pending investigation, on Aug. 12 in Brentwood, according to the indictments. Previously, according to the indictment, Diburro was convicted of stalking in Strafford County Superior Court in February.

Ryan Benjamin Lunderville, 37, of Foster Street in Keene, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check drawn on the Bangor Savings Bank account of SeniorPlus for $4,400 in Portsmouth on Nov. 27, 2024.

Wildarie Marcano, 36, of Lakeview Avenue in Lowell, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and theft by deception charges, both felonies. She was accused of accepting a down payment for real estate, more than $1,500, between April 1, 2024, and Feb. 22, in Salem.

Samuel Alexander Marmol, 24, of Burnside Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of waving a machete and yelling at another person on June 3 in Londonderry.

Augustine Mauras, 35, of Pine Street in Methuen, MA, on organized retail crime enterprise and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, and a criminal trespass charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Abercrombie & Fitch in Salem on May 20.

Michael Charles McGarry, 53, of Webb Place in Dover, on a felony possession of meth charges in Newington on March 11.
