The brewery used to be located in Campton, but recently moved to 12 Liberty Drive, Unit 7 in Londonderry, near Exit 5 off Interstate 93. Tamsin Hewes, 603 Brewery's marketing and retail coordinator, said the Londonderry brewery's grand opening to the public will be Saturday, Nov. 23, from 1 to 5 p.m. According to its website, 603 Brewery was founded in 2012 by longtime college friends who met while studying engineering. As demand for the beers increased, their vision to grow from a nanobrewery into a larger microbrewery took shape. By increasing the size of its brewing system and fermentation capabilities, the brewery was forced to find a larger home. After three months of searching, they found the Londonderry location. The new Londonderry brewery has a tasting bar on site to provide a view of the brewing area and a selection of 603 beers on tap. They'll also be selling growlers, 22 ounce bottles and "603 Beer Gear" and giving tours of their brewing operation.
