New York Man Indicted On Reckless Conduct-Deadly Weapon Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Florida man indicted on tampering with witnesses charges; Exeter man accused of forgery; Mass. man indicted on strangulation charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Anthony Gerald Finelli, 44, of Matthews Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on three felony counts of reckless conduct-deadly weapon as well as disobeying an officer, reckless operation, and obstruct government administration. He was accused of driving recklessly — at excessive speeds, making unsafe lane changes, and driving on deflated tires, on Route 101 west in Candia and Raymond on July 4.
Sheridan Rose Fitzgerald, 30, of Mallard Lane in Londonderry, on possession of crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and throwing the bags out of a moving vehicle on July 8 in Rockingham County.

Donald K. Forsyth Jr., 67, of Eskimo Curlew Road in Weeki Wachee, Florida, on six felony counts of tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of contacting another person to falsely inform a third person between July 25 and Aug. 17 in Brentwood.
Jeremy M. Foti, 46, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. He was accused of holding a hammer in another person’s face and saying, “I’m going to smash you” or words to that effect on July 11 in Derry.

Timothy Galvez, 35, of Brighton Avenue in Portland, Maine, on a felony false personation charge. He was accused of pretending to be a law enforcement officer on March 12 in Derry.
Daniel Nelson Gelardi, 33, of Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter, on two felony forgery counts and two forgery theft by deception charges. He was accused of writing a check on the account of the town of Colebrook on Feb. 1, 2023, for $4,357.10 and $4,716.90 in Portsmouth.

Jeyson Luis Perez, 39, of Woodland Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s in Salem on Jan. 19. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft twice before.
Luis Miguel Perez Jr., 23, of Vine Street in Haverhill, MA, on domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner or family member on April 2 in Derry. Perez also was accused of stealing their iPhone 15 Pro Max valued at more than $1,000 in Plaistow.
Tasha Marie Perrry, 39, a homeless woman now located in Lowell, MA, on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Jan. 29, 2024, at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.
Robert A. Pitt Jr., 44, of Linden Street in Exeter, on possession of psilocybin, falsifying physical evidence, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon. He was accused of possessing a folding knife, the drug, and throwing pills on the side of the road in Seabrook.
Cecil Harry Plaisted Jr., 47, of Academy Street in Rochester on two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-committed while on release, meth and fentanyl, on March 4, 2023, in Portsmouth. Previously, he was convicted of prior offenses, according to the indictments.
