• Concord's Crimson Tide Places 2nd At 2025 Salem Blue Devil Tournament: New Hampshire Wrestling Results (patch.com) — Wrestling fans in Salem can celebrate a strong hometown showing at the annual Salem Blue Devil Classic, where the girls team finished second and several Blue Devil wrestlers placed in their weight classes. The tournament drew hundreds of competitors and 17 schools to Salem, while additional New Hampshire teams competed the same day at events in Concord, Amherst and at ConVal.

(patch.com) — If you love holiday lights, Salem neighbors are being asked to share the streets where the most festive Christmas displays can be found, so a community guide can be published on Dec. 21. Residents are encouraged to drop their street names in the comments, helping families plan low-cost, gas-friendly drives around town to enjoy the season.
   

• MeVa Plans New Bus Routes with Faster Methuen Service, Access to Salem NH Medical (whav.net) — New cross-border MeVa bus service will soon link Methuen riders directly to medical care and shopping in Salem including Mass General Brigham at Tuscan Village. Starting this spring, a new Route 28 line into Salem and a faster Methuen crosstown route aim to cut travel times, ease overcrowding, and better connect to Manchester Transit and the Lawrence commuter rail.
