Peeping Tom Reported at Red Roof Inn

DECEMBER 28, 2012
9:11 a.m. Melissa Ann Anderson, 37, of 507 Broad St. in Nashua, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged on a bench warrant. Bail was set at $500 personal recognizance.

12:06 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at 97 Lawrence Road and 2 Cluff Road. Caller was passing by the accident and the passenger inside the vehicle reportedly got out of the car and threw a hub cap at her vehicle.
4:01 p.m. Anthony Lee Rodriguez, 21, of 141 Main St. Apt. 3 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Lord & Taylor on 99 Rockingham Park Blvd and charged with willful concealment – theft. Bail was set at $620 cash.

6:33 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at Wendy's on 300 N. Broadway St. Caller reported head injury but refused ambulance.
6:34 p.m. Single car motor vehicle accident is reported at 161 Lowell Road. Salem Fire responded as car was reportedly smoking.

4:24 p.m. Theft is reported at Planet Fitness on 288 N. Broadway St. Subject reports the theft of four gift cards.
8:21 p.m. Theft is reported at Bath & Body Works on 1 Mall Road. Employee reported a theft of $500 of merchandise. Suspect described as a white female, 5'3'' and 110 pounds with long red hair in a pony tail. She was wearing a red Abercrombie sweatshirt with white writing and was carrying a tote bag. Last seen heading toward the Verizon store.
10:32 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on N. Main Street. Caller reports receiving threatening and harrassing phone calls and text from an ex friend.
DECEMBER 30, 2012
1:44 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at 270 Lawrence Road. Salem Fire reported a single, white car in the roadway with heavy damage and air bag deploment. Owner of the car reportedly returned to the vehicle and called in the accident. No injuries reported.
6:32 p.m. Shoplifting is reported at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Blvd. Two female juveniles, ages 16 and 14, were charged with willful concealment –theft. They were taken into custody and released to parents on scene.
9:49 p.m. Peeping tom/voyeurism is reported at the Red Roof Inn on 15 Red Roof Lane. Guest reported from the lobby of the hotel that another guest has been seen peeping in her windows. The male individual was spoken to and informed that if he is seen doing it again, the hotel will call and he will be trespassed from the property.
9:58 p.m. Suspicious activity is reported at Sylvan Drive. Caller reported seeing footprints in the snow from the woods behind his house leading to his shed. The doors were also reportedly open on the shed. Nothing in the shed was reportedly touched. The footprints were that of a rabbit.
