Salem Celebrates Its Vets in Honor of Veterans Day

Salem will honor Veterans Day through several events over the next few days.

Gov. Maggie Hassan will be one of the featured guests Friday at this year's ceremony at Woodbury Middle School. The ceremony, celebrating Veterans Day and honoring local servicemen and women, will begin at 7:45 a.m.

All veterans are welcome to attend the ceremony.

On Monday, Veterans Day will be honored during an 11 a.m. ceremony at Veterans Park, located at the corner of Main and Bridge streets.
