Salem Man, 67, Arrested After Reportedly Spraying Woman with Soda Can

AUGUST 1, 2013
9:40 a.m. Barbara J. Arsenault, 36, of 38 Lawrence St. Apt. 3 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on a warrant and charged with willful concealment – theft. Arsenault is bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.
AUGUST 2, 2013
2:33 p.m. Marisa Rodriquez, 39, of 1909 Columbus Ave. Apt. 3 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Shaw's Supermarkets on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with a bench warrant, identity fraud, receiving stolen property; $0-$500 and two counts of willful concealment – theft. Bail set at $2,500 cash.
3:20 p.m. Devan Landis, 20, of 140 Methuen St. in Lowell, Mass. is arrested on a warrant and charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Bail set at $2,500 cash.
5:58 p.m. Yau Y. Sung, 67, of 7 Lancelot Court. Apt. 13 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 7 Lancelot Court and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault.
According to the caller, Sung reportedly sprayed the contents of a soda can on her in the parking lot while she was attempting to move out.
Sung released on $1,000 personal recognizance.
9:19 p.m. Brittany L. Sullivan, 21, of 25 Pleasant St. Apt. B in Salem, N.H. is arrested near First Student on 51 Lowell Road and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention.
Timothy G. Emerson, 27, of 25 Pleasant St. Apt. B in Salem, N.H. is arrested near First Student on 51 Lowell Road and charged with resisting arrest or detention and false report to law enforcement.
AUGUST 3, 2013
1:19 p.m. Luke Alexander Pyles, 18, of 60 Telfer Circle Apt. 4 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 50 Telfer Circle and charged with simple assault. Pyles bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.
5:05 p.m. A 15-year-old juvenile is charged with willful concealment – theft at Lord & Taylor on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard.
Also charged is Yeri Carmen Lantigua, 35, of 68 Arlington St. Apt. 1 in Lawrence, Mass, with willful concealment – theft, endangering welfare of child/incompetent and criminal liability for conduct of another.
7:43 p.m. Melpomeni Pavlakaki, 56, of 7 Birch Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Pavlakaki released on $1,000 personal recognizance.
