Salem Man Accused Of Fatally Shooting Manchester Man After Argument
John Delee is accused of shooting Timothy Pouliot after a dispute inside the Goat Bar and Grill in Manchester on Saturday.

MANCHESTER, NH — Investigators have identified the 24-year-old man fatally shot in Manchester and the arrest of a Salem man accused of second-degree murder.
Manchester Police, fire, and AMR ambulance responded to the report of gunshots fired on Old Granite Street on Saturday at 12:47 a.m. On arrival, officers discovered Timothy Pouliot, 24, of Manchester, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Despite life-saving measures, Pouliot died at the scene.

Authorities arrested John Delee, 22, of Salem, who has been charged with second-degree murder.
Delee was accused of recklessly causing Timothy Pouliot’s death by shooting him with a firearm. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court on Monday.

The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and Manchester police said it appeared a dispute occurred inside The Goat Bar and Grill that later led to a confrontation outside the bar on Old Granite Street.
Several videos on social media show an argument in the middle of Old Granite Street, a man believed to be Pouliot punches Delee in the face. Delee fires several shots, and Pouliot falls to the ground.
A large area covering a city block was taped off Saturday morning while police processed the scene. The victim's body was in the street in front of SOHO and remained at the scene until mid-morning, and detectives were collecting evidence.
The medical examiner arrived at the scene, and a short time later, Phaneuf Funeral home arrived and transported the body from the scene. An autopsy is scheduled to be conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on Sunday where the cause and manner of death will be determined.
