Salem Man Crashes Into Tree, Charged with DWI

12:35 p.m. Caller reporting two intoxicated males walking into traffic on Pleasant Street. One is shirtless, second is wearing a black sweatshirt. Subjects are now at the Pleasant Street entrance of the track.
One subject has been drinking, he has been released to his brother (sober).

4:40 p.m. Caller reporting an ongoing issue with a school bus that has been driving over his property on Bluff Street and causing damage. He stated he would not call the bus company or talk to the bus driver because it was politically incorrect to do so.
Caller was spoken to. No crime committed. He was advised to contact with the bus company with any further complaints.
5:37 p.m. Employee at Littleville Learning on 8 Pleasant Steet reports a male subject stumbling around the property. Subject may be impaired. There are still children at the day care at this time.
Second call from a parent stating that three male subjects at the school wandering around appear to be impaired. One is in the driver's seat slumped over the wheel. Second subject in a white T-shirt attempting to get inside the school. Third subject wandering around outside the school.
Subjects are there for a gathering. Employees of the day care were not aware of the weekly meetings.
8:37 p.m. Anthony N. Holloway, 31, of 94 Oakland Ave. Apt. 2 in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Walmart on 314 N. Broadway St. and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention and alcoholism – protective custody.
Holloway on a bicycle in the middle of the north bound travel lane traveling in the wrong direction south on Route 28, yelling that he has the right of way. Released on a summons.

1:06 a.m. Derek Don Mason, 21, of 44 Old Coach Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 43 Ackerman St. and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless operation and two counts criminal mischief (vandalism).
Mason reportedly crashed vehicle into a tree on Ackerman Street. Transported to Parkland Medical Center by Salem Fire.
Mason released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
10:58 a.m. Brandi Loraine Zukowski, 25, of 103 Cluff Crossing Road Apt. Z8 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 103 Cluff Crossing Road Apt. Z8 and charged with simple assault. Caller reported yelling that has been going on for most of the morning and has progressively gotten worse. Zukowski bailed at $3,000 personal recognizance.
12:35 p.m. Elie S. Kanaan, 17, of 38 Bannister Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 38 Bannister Road and charged with two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism). Subject is refusing bail at this time.
1:19 p.m. Callers reporting a male subject at Papa Gino's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road pushing a baby stroller and soliciting patrons for money. Officers checked the area of the plaza with nothing showing at this time.
2:09 p.m. Helen M. Johannes, 27, f 10 Emerson Way in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by unauthorized taking. Subject bailed at $2,000 personal recognizance.
2:13 p.m. Richard S. Ball, 23, of 33 South Road in Kingston, N.H. is arrested at Home Depot on 289 S. Broadway St. and charged with theft – shoplifting and resisting arrest or detention. Employee going after a shoplifter, one took off in a silver Audi the other is on foot wearing a tan shirt. Suspect stopped in the Target lot.
