Salem Woman Charged With Obstruction, Breach of Bail

JANUARY 19, 2013

1:07 a.m. Nelson Rosario, 28, of 186 Shannon Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 186 Shannon Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Rosario bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

1:22 p.m. Isaac Vincent Bowden, 17, of 2 Meisner Circle Apt. 9 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 2 Meisner Circle Apt. 9 and charged with reckless conduct; place another in danger. Bowden bailed at $2,500 personal recognizance.

3:23 p.m. Rafael Antonio Cuz, 29, of 9 Howe Court Apt. 1 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Subject released on a summons.

4:24 p.m. Alysha Gary, 17, of 507 W. Lowell Ave. in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft.

Carissa Mezri, 21, of 2568 Lockwood Meadows St. in Sarasota, Fla. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft.

Elias Mezri, 18, of 2568 Lockwood Meadows in Sarasota, Fla. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with conspiracy to commit (theft) and criminal threatening (intimidation).

8:58 p.m. Gabrielle Vivanna Perez, 23, of 16 Sandhill Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 16 Sandhill Road and charged with obstructing report of crime or injury and default or breach of bail conditions.

JANUARY 20, 2013

11:44 a.m. Caller reporting a tree branch fell on a vehicle. A 20-year-old female is entrapped in the vehicle with heavy bleeding from her head. Tree branch pulled down electric wires. They are live. National Grid and Salem Fire enroute.
