A local woman and her family made an appearance on "Family Feud" Monday afternoon, and they nearly made it a victorious one.
The Hajj family, including Salem's Rebecca Hajj, couldn't quite take home a victory despite holding a lead late in the episode of the popular game show hosted by Steve Harvey.
Thanks to a victory in the opening round, the Hajj family took a 57-0 lead over the White family. The locals fell behind in the next round, but went up 243-56 in round three.
In the final round, the Hajj family guessed three of the four answers on the board without a strike, but they could not guess the No. 4 answer of what surveyed participants said was "Something a dumb prisoner might try to hide by sticking it up his nose."
The question went to the White family after a third strike by the Hajj family, and the Whites correctly guessed a cigarette for the win. The White family went on to the bonus round, but couldn't win additional money playing "fast money."
