Salem Woman Indicted on Burglary Charges

Julia Auler allegedly helped burglarize a home on Duston Road where some piping was stolen.

A Salem woman who police say aided a burglary of a home in July has been indicted by a Rockingham County Grand Jury.

Julia Auler, 44, of 10 Westchester St. was indicted for being an accomplice to burglary for allegedly helping Richard McPhee burglarize a home on Duston Road, according to court documents.

Auler was also indicted for conspiracy to burglary, according to court documents and receiving stolen property after court documents say she retained some piping that was stolen from the residence.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but only means the grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial in Rockingham County Superior Court.
