3. MIRACLE WIN FOR THE BRUINS: The Boston Bruins came from three goals down in less than 11 minutes Monday to tie game 7 against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Two of those goals came twice in the final 90 seconds. In the overtime session, the Bruins finished off the comeback with a winner from Patrice Bergeron.

4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: On this day in 1787, delegates to the Constitutional Convention begin to assemble in Philadelphia to confront a daunting task: the peaceful overthrow of the new American government as defined by the Article of Confederation. Although the convention was originally supposed to begin on May 14, James Madison reported that a small number only had assembled. Meetings had to be pushed back until May 25, when a sufficient quorum of the participating states—Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia—had arrived.
5. FORMER 2ND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT CANDIDATE LOSES BATTLE WITH CANCER: Hardy Macia, who spent one of his last breaths requesting that Gov. Maggie Hassan approve a medicinal marijuana proposal for New Hampshire with a homegrown provision, passed away on Monday, according to friends and family. He was stricken with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma last summer while running for the 2nd Congressional District.
