The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction. Tuesday, Oct. 15 <ul><li>Joshua Michael Powell, 21, of 14 Oak St., Derry was arrested on a judge's order for violation of probation on a theft charge.</li><li>Marc Andrew Anderson, 22, of 18 Jefferson St., Derry was arrested as a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania on forgery, theft and receiving stolen property charges.</li></ul>Wednesday, Oct. 16 <ul><li>Kyle J. Roy, 25, of 37 Hanover St., Apt. #2, Portsmouth was arrested on a judge's order for bail revocation on a robbery charge.</li><li>Shanea Jacquelyn Bloomquist, 21, of 20 Front St., Rochester was arrested on a judge's order for violation of parole on an oxycodone sales charge.</li></ul>Friday, Oct. 18 <ul><li>Tonya Luba, 28, of 85 N. Spring St., Concord was arrested on an electronic bench warrant. The charge was not specified.</li></ul>
