Trio of 14-Year-Olds Arrested at Hollister

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

JANUARY 18, 2013

10:46 a.m. Leighann M. Yackel, 27, of 30 Hawley St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Salem District Court on 35 Geremonty Drive and charged with a bench warrant.

10:48 a.m. Shane Banks, 25, of 11 Lancelot Court Apt. 1 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with theft by unauthorized taking.

1:41 p.m. Noah Marc Fournier, 30, of 39 Carpenter St. in Manchester, N.H. is arrested at Target on 205 S. Broadway St. and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration (operation-misd), theft by deception and theft or breach of bail conditions.

7:35 p.m. Three 14-year-old juveniles are arrested at Hollister on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard. The first is charged with willful concealment - theft, the second is charged with criminal liability for conduct of another and the third is charged with protective custody; child in danger. All are relased to adults at the Salem Police Department.

10:22 p.m. Joseph R. Franks, 21, of 12 Osgood St. Apt 0 in Windham, N.H. is arrested at 52 Lowell Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Max E. Kopacz, 22, of 44 Hobbs Road in Pelham, N.H. is arrested at 52 Lowell Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Both arebailed at $1,000 personal recognizance

11:55 p.m. Jordan Bourlos, 24, of 17 Atkinson Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 17 Atkinson Road and charged with second degree assault, false imprisonment, arrest on a warrant and a bench warrant. He allegedly refused to allow his girlfriend. Bourlos is transported to Brentwood.
