Tuscan Market Employee Suffers Seizure

JANUARY 25, 2013
8:15 a.m. A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested for criminal mischief (vandalism).

10:02 a.m. Caller reports a theft from his apartment of a custom made pool stick, subject wishes not to pursue the incident at this time.
11:13 a.m. St. Joseph Church at 40 Main St. reports smoke in the building. Police called to assist Salem Fire with traffic as they try to determine the cause.

1:28 p.m. Red Roof Inn at 15 Red Roof Lane requires an officer to swing by and check on a suspicious vehicle parked in the fire lane . Employee stated that the person has been parked there for five minutes just staring at them and it is very creepy. Subject was waiting on another individual coming in from Manchester. He will be moving into a parking spot away from the main doors.
1:59 p.m. A 25-year-old man fell and is near the back door at Tuscan Market on 7 Willow St. Subject is an employee there and had a seizure. Salem Fire is transporting the subject.
4:17 p.m. James E. Willette, Jr., 21, of 52 Ayers Village Drive Apt. B in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. Willette bailed at $10,000 personal recognizance.
10:50 p.m. Front desk reporting a male subject was attempting to gain entry to the building without an ID and he appears to be intoxicated. Caller stated he left the area in an older model Jeep, possibly a 1991. Negative find on the suspect vehicle.
