Two Arrested for Shoplifting at Salem Sears with Small Child

APRIL 16, 2013
8:42 a.m. Man reporting that he and friends are being harassed by another subject in the Mall at Rockingham Park on 1 Mall Road. Suspect trespassed from the mall for one year.

4:43 p.m. Soo Kyong Pyles, 40, of 103 Cluff Crossing Road Apt. Q12 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 354 North Broadway and charged with disorderly conduct. Pyles released on a summons.
9:02 p.m. Richard H. Martin, 38, of 13 Julie Ave. Apt. 2 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 14 Julie Ave. and charged with false report to law enforcement. 911 call transferred to SPD from Mass. State Police. State police reporting they heard a man and a woman screaming at each other but on call back the man stated the call was accidental by his 10-year-old child.

Officers confirming accidental, but female half returned claiming it was a verbal domestic.
Male subject in custody, call changed from hangup to domestic.
Martin released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
APRIL 17, 2013
10:39 a.m. School resource officer reporting that a student at the school received a strange phone call from a male, she believes that this may be related to a stalking incident back in October.
Officer checked the student's residence on Route 111, it appears secure at this time. The father is on his way to the residence now.
12:53 p.m. Sandra Lynn Schindler, 54, of 35 Canobieola Road in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Target on 205 S. Broadway St. and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. Schindler released on a summons.
2:31 p.m. Joseph Airey Meekins, 31, of 19 Tuttle Ave. in Hampton, N.H. is arrested at Home Depot on 289 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Bail set at $620 cash.
4:08 p.m. Amy Beth Gacek, 35, of 46 Beverly Drive in Hampstead, N.H. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Gacek released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
4:36 p.m. Elizabeth Aybar-Baez, 23, of 447 Main St. Apt. 24B in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft and engandering welfare of child/incompetent.
Ruel O. Pena, 37, of 447 Main St. Apt. 24B in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft and endangering welfare of child/incompetent.
Aybar-Baez released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. Pena released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Theft was of $776.99.
